Adult Advisors are key to BUILD's projects and we would not be able to operate without them. It is required to have at least two Adult Advisors (AA's) on site at all times during any of our projects. Adult Advisors have a direct impact on the students that come on site. They act as mentors to the students as well as advisors on BUILD's project.

 

Most AA's are retired men and women from the local Bryan/College Station area that have prior work experience in either the construction field or through Habitat for Humanity or other mission related projects. However, no past experience is required to become an AA for those interested in coming out to volunteer their time to BUILD.
